Sending in parts for repair
If customers are looking to send parts in for repair, one must fill out the form using the "add a ticket" button located under the "My area", "Knowledge Base", "Sign in" or "Sign up" area of our Desk Portal.
You do not have to Sign in to create or add a ticket. Once the ticket is created, you will be able track the ticket and progress on your part. Please note that our system does not track shipping so parts can be in transit to and from with no update to the progress. In the add a ticket form, you must fill out your name, email, subject, and description, other optional information is also listed.
